§ 01 What Can Be Licensed
City of Dolls Records controls both the recordings and the compositions in the DangerGirlx catalog. Clearance happens in one office and one conversation, with a single signature covering the master and the publishing. The full catalog lives at dangergirlx.bandcamp.com, and every released track is available for licensing discussions.
§ 02 Content Creators and Streamers
Creators are welcome here. City of Dolls Records grants a free, non-exclusive permission to use DangerGirlx music in your videos, streams, and podcasts, including monetized content on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok, under three conditions. First, credit the music in your description or on screen. Second, the music scores your content rather than replacing it, so uploads that are simply the track itself stay off your channel. Third, the content stays clear of hateful, adult, or deceptive material and avoids presenting the label or its personas as endorsing anything.
This permission is revocable, and the label can withdraw it for a specific use or user where the conditions are broken. A copy of this page saved with your upload date is your proof of permission.

§ 03 Sync for Film, TV, and Games
Placement in film, television, advertising, trailers, and games requires a written sync license before the music touches your project. Because the label is a one-stop shop, quotes move fast. Send the track name, the project, the intended use, the territory, and the term through the Contact page with Licensing request as the subject, and a quote comes back with the paperwork.
§ 04 Remixes and Covers
Covers of DangerGirlx songs are welcome under the standard mechanical licensing that your distributor or platform provides, and a tag to the label when you release one is appreciated. Remixes and edits that use the original recordings require written permission first, since they touch the masters. Stem requests are considered case by case for remixers with a project in mind. State the track and the plan through the Contact page.
§ 05 What Stays in the Vault
Every music license covers the music. The Danger City universe, the dossier materials, the character roles, and all visual identity of City of Dolls Records remain the exclusive property of the label and are excluded from every license on this page. The artists themselves are real people, and their names, faces, voices, and likenesses are protected identities. Licenses on this page grant zero use of them, and that exclusion covers AI-generated depictions, cloned voices, and synthetic imagery presented as the artists. Merchandise rights, character rights, and story rights are reserved in full. Projects that want the world as well as the sound start a different conversation, and the label is open to hearing it.
§ 06 How to Request a License
File a transmission through the Contact page and select Licensing request as the subject, or write directly to contact@cityofdolls.com. Include the track name, your project, the intended use, and your timeline. Requests with those four details in the first message move to the front of the queue.
